The Organizer(s) first submit a proposal to the Secretariat consisting of the topic and tentative invitation list of people, then it will be reviewed by Academic & Steering Committees. When the proposal is accepted, the Organizer(s) will be asked to organize usually four-day symposium program in detail mainly consisting of in-depth discussions and networking activities.
In contrast to conventional conferences, participants are invited to discuss mainly on exploring cutting-edge topics, newest ideas, sketches and open problems with an informal, intimate networking opportunities. The networking mixers and excursions will be designed to facilitate communication and interaction between fellow researchers.
